The purpose of the role is:
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Workplace Coordinator to join the team located in Glasgow.
A successful candidate will act as a liaison and site coordinator, as part of the larger Real Estate & Facilities team, in delivering world class customer service to the client site
Key Tasks:
Services include, but are not limited to: Concierge, Reception / Switchboard, Room Management, A/V Support, Meeting & Event Management, Community Programs, Meeting Supply Equipment, Food Services, Parking & Commute, Bicycle & Local Shuttle, Supported Employment, Company Store, Document Services, Mail Services, Record Archiving, Office Supply Management, Moves, Adds, Changes
Maintains awareness of the workspace. Submits janitorial and maintenance work orders as needed and/or communicate with appropriate partners to address issues. Responds to customers of behalf of other team members ().
Complete daily & weekly walkthrough checklists
Vendor Escorts
Collaborates with vendors employees who provide services and goods.
Responds to customer requests and complaints promptly with accurate and thorough information according to the specific request.
May assist with temporary signage.
Greets employees and announces clients and visitors. Issue visitor passes and validate parking.
Delivers orientations, such as tours of facility, how to submit a workorder, where supplies are kept and ordering procedure, amenities, and software ordering.
Work Order Management
Fire/Life Safety Inventory & Training Coordination
Records hazard observations
Follows security and emergency procedures as defined for the property. Responds to emergency situations in a calm, efficient manner. Summons appropriate assistance and makes appropriate notifications in accordance with operating procedures.
Utilizes and maintains integrity of databases, supports data entry of required reports and other digital tools associated with service delivery, as requested.
Provides support for Experience Services team as directed, including expense management, meeting coordination, equipment care, and supply management.
May support coordination of moves, adds, and changes (MAC).
Furniture and Cable Management, Space Reset, Entrance Screening Protocol and Workplace Onboarding.
New Hire Desk Prep & Departing Employee Clean Up. Multi-Function Device Services
Office Supply Services
Assists with meeting set up, furniture reset, and delivering temporary equipment and supplies.
Standing Desk Install (w/ IT coordination)
Assists in the completion of the Service Business Continuity plan.
Project Coordination (in tandem of supervisor)
Pantry Services
Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience
Experience in Facilities Management or Service Delivery
Demonstrable background in specialist areas such as Luxury Hotel Environments, Concierge, Hospitality
Aptitude
Excellent people skills together with the ability react to demands of both the client and team alike.
The desire to progress and develop a career in the Corporate Services industry
