Role: Sous CHEF – Day Time Hours
Salary: £35-40K package + OTE
Great opportunity to work for this great contract catering company in Glasgow. This is a multi-faceted high-volume operation, combining kitchen/various retail and restaurants. Looking for a sous chef to innovate/drive quality of produce.
• responsible in assisting the Head Chef
• effectively managing the brigade
• ensuring the quality of food meets the Hotel Group standards and meets current Food Hygiene laws.
• assist in the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen.
• Previous experience in high volume and fast paced kitchen will be highly beneficial.
• Previous experience at Junior Sous or Sous Chef level
• Creative with eye for detail
• Organised and good time management
