We are looking for a marketing and communications recruitment consultant to join our team in Glasgow. You will be responsible for:
- Finding and attracting high-quality candidates for various marketing and communications roles across different sectors and industries
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and expectations
- Using various marketing channels and tools to promote our brand and services, generate leads and increase awareness
- Negotiating contracts, salaries and benefits with clients and candidates
- Providing excellent customer service and support throughout the recruitment process
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales or marketing is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- A proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented attitude
- A willingness to learn, grow and adapt in a fast-paced environment
