Job Description A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a real estate paralegal to join a renowned Legal 500 firm in Glasgow.
This firm has an outstanding reputation with a well-established client base and is known for its high-quality work and collaborative environment.
Your role as a real estate paralegal will involve managing a varied portfolio of landlord and tenant estates, acting on behalf of developers on residential and commercial development issues, and acting for investors in single or multi-property acquisitions or disposals.
Ideally, you will have previous experience of development, landlord and tenant work within a property law department. You will be self-driven and enthusiast as well as have the ability to work to deadlines and the genuine desire to provide excellent service.
