My client is currently looking to recruit a Production Team Leader to join their site on the outskirts of Glasgow. You will be working with an extremely successful manufacturer that ranks the highest rated branded company, within their industry, as one of their clients.

This role could be a fantastic fit for an experienced Senior Operator looking to take that next step, or a current Production Supervisor / Team Leader seeking out their next challenge.
The shift rotation is Monday – Friday (day / back / night). Flexibility to working a shift pattern, or prior experience working a similar shift pattern, is required.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high level of production plan adherence and for any non-adherence ensure a recovery plan is in place to protect customer delivery
- Monitor and drive all key KPI and PI performance in the area
- Actively manage and drive H&S within the team
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the production area
- Manage your teams performance, coaching them to be the best they can be
Experience required:
- Experience of championing continuous improvement methodologies within a manufacturing setting
- Previous management experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to develop and engage a high performing team
