Growing independently owned practice providing a domiciliary service to help older adults stay independent and able to look after themselves operating across Glasgow from Prestwick to Cumbernauld to Carluke and everywhere in between are looking to welcome a Band 5 or 6 Physiotherapist who is either looking to or already specialising in neuro rehab into their dynamic professional team.
They are looking for an exceptional Physiotherapist who loves being able to help people get their lives back together after a stroke or supporting their life with Parkinson’s Disease. If you are fed up feeling like you are being pressured to provide the lowest amount of therapy in the shortest possible time and want to treat patients as frequently as they need, not just 6 appointments or 3 months timescale this could be the career move you’ve been seeking.
You will join a practice with the core beliefs and attitudes towards helping clients to live meaningful, independent and active lives despite living with a neurological condition or frailty related problems. Fundamentally this career opportunity is about setting clients up for having success in their lives, not just to ‘get physio’ or to be ‘given some exercises’.
To be successful in this role you will be supported with external and internal training, you will get coaching from a great team of neuro specialist physios and a committed hands on practice owner. They are looking for either a part or full time commitment. Operating Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. The full time hours will be 37.5 per week and part time ideally 3 days or 21.5 hours including a Wednesday. Salary will be dependent on your experience, ranging from £32,000 to £45,000 per annum for full time.

Requirements
– Bachelors Degree or Masters Level Degree in Physiotherapy
– be HCPC registered
– be a Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
– be a car driver and have a clean UK driving licence
– Minimum 2 years post-graduate working experience as a Physio
– be a lifelong learner and be able to show considerable self-directed learning
– have experience working with neurological conditions
– Ideally, you will have completed post-graduate course(s) within neurological physiotherapy, however thry offer considerable training in neuro and older adult rehab within the practice.
