As a Team Leader within Investments, you’ll be a vital part in a fast paced, people focussed role where you’ll lead a dedicated and passionate team of Advisors in driving improvements in our customer service handling process, by embedding quality and consistency into every interaction.

  • Demonstrating a leadership style which includes motivation and development of individual team members

  • Motivating the team and continuously supporting colleagues through regular check in’s, observations, and feedback.

  • Coaching and mentoring a team of approximately 8/10 to grow their skills and careers and create a high-performance culture

  • Understanding and implementing performance management

  • Championing digital advocacy and sharing knowledge to improve customer experience.

  • Identifying, assessing and resolution of operational risks in line with Company audit, regulatory processes and functions

  • What you’ll bring.

  • Experience of supporting or developing others in a relevant process/functional area

  • Excellent organisational, listening and time management skills

  • You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)

  • It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Experience of managing change through planning and implementation

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to understand the bigger picture and work as a team

  • Experience of coaching & delivery of ‘I AM RISK’ principles

    The position can be offered as either fully onsite or as a hybrid role. If you prefer hybrid, we’ll require you to be within a reasonable distance from our Glasgow office as there’ll be a requirement to be onsite 2/3 days per week.

    Our core business hours are 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday though some flexibility outside of these may be required.
