Inbound Customer Service Advisor
- Monday to Friday – Great shifts – no late nights or weekends (rotation between 08.30am – 4.30pm or 09.30am – 5.30pm)
- 35 hours per week
- Salary 22,000 p.a

As a duo we are looking to recruit and find dedicated individuals who care about their customers and aim to resolve their issues as quickly as possible.
THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for handling multiple queries via inbound calls and emails, you will support each customer to build a personal rapport in order to resolve their queries and provide a friendly experience for each individual as you update their accounts and investigate in more detail.
YOU MUST HAVE:
Previous experience working in customer service is essential, this could be experience from a face to face or a telephony role, it would be beneficial if you did have previous contact centre experience but it is not essential. You must be IT literate, as you will be working with multiple systems, however full training is provided.
