We are seeking a talented Commercial Property or Real Estate solicitor who’s looking to take their career to the next level. Our client’s renowned Real Estate & Planning In-House Legal Team is expanding and is seeking skilled property lawyers to join this highly successful and well-respected department. What you’ll do:
This is an enviable opportunity for an ambitious, entrepreneurial Real Estate solicitor to play a key role supporting the business and being an integral part of the development of the legal team. You will have the opportunity to expand your property skills and embrace an in-house culture within this exciting and growing renewable energy sector. In addition to real estate work, there will also be an opportunity for you to be involved in dealing with other aspects of legal work including planning. Reporting into a two highly regarded and supportive senior renewables / real estate / planning lawyers you will drive forward and provide legal support to the development team and assist with all aspects of real estate work including due diligence, heads of terms, drafting and negotiating a variety of property related documents. Working with senior management and executive you will also provide legal advice and opinion on mitigation measures to overcome real estate issues.

What you’ll bring:
- 2-10 years’ PQE (candidates with either more or less PQE will also be considered).
- Scottish or English Qualified Solicitor.
- Solid knowledge and track record of working on a real estate caseload.
- Passion and enthusiasm for actively contributing to the team’s success.
- Independent working skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Excellent communications skills with the ability to build and develop strong collaborative working relationships.
- Ability to mentor and support the wider team.
