Anderson Knight are recruiting a HR Systems Manager for our Glasgow based client. This role will play a pivotal role in the wider HR team, supporting the delivery of multiple HR projects in a complex and evolving environment. You will be responsible for managing HR data and systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all aspects of people data management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain HR data and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Lead and manage the implementation of HR systems and tools, including upgrades and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and ensure alignment with HR processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the effectiveness of HR data management.
  • Generate reports and provide insights from HR data to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on HR systems and data-related matters.
  • Manage and develop a small team of HR data specialists.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in the delivery of multiple HR projects in a complex environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR data management and systems.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
