Anderson Knight are recruiting a HR Systems Manager for our Glasgow based client. This role will play a pivotal role in the wider HR team, supporting the delivery of multiple HR projects in a complex and evolving environment. You will be responsible for managing HR data and systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all aspects of people data management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain HR data and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Lead and manage the implementation of HR systems and tools, including upgrades and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and ensure alignment with HR processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the effectiveness of HR data management.
- Generate reports and provide insights from HR data to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert on HR systems and data-related matters.
- Manage and develop a small team of HR data specialists.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in the delivery of multiple HR projects in a complex environment.
- Strong understanding of HR data management and systems.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and data analytics tools.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
