Description
You will be within a team of Application Support Analysts to support and maintain the Back Office applications and provide proactive application management. You will engage with the user community to provide guidance and advice that will help them get the best from the applications. This is an exciting role for someone who is looking to develop in to an Applications Lead role long term within a large well known business.
Profile
Here is what you will bring to the role:
Experience of providing Oracle E-business Suite support (R12) and with the resolution of incidents, problems and requests in a support environment.
Experience with Oracle Support to track, manage and resolve issues
Experience of managing escalations and handling stakeholder communications.
Experience of being able to balance multiple priorities and workloads both strategically and short-term
