We are working with a SME Geo-Environmental Consultancy who have a requirement for a Geo-Environmental Project Manager, based out of Glasgow.

Overview

Our client provides high quality, practical and technically robust solutions to their own varied client base, regularly including developers, house builders, distillers, local authorities, contractors, consulting engineers, architects and other professionals across the UK.

Their range of services relate to the investigation, remediation and validation of proposed development sites and their team of experienced consultants draw from an extensive, 20 year archive of site conditions throughout Scotland.

With a staff of in excess of 40, they are large enough to provide flexibility of response, while still retaining the “hands-on” involvement of Senior Personnel in the day to day running of their projects expected of a smaller, specialist Consultant.

Requirements

The ideal applicant will have a background in:

Managing multiple projects

Tendering and project design

Site investigation

Client liaison

Risk assessment

Remediation/verification

Assessment of contamination risks to surface and groundwater

Report writing

Supervision/management of site works

Necessary:

A relevant degree

Minimum 5 years industry background

A full driving licence and own vehicle.
