Our client, an established, specialist litigation firm with an excellent reputation, is looking to appoint a solicitor to their personal injury team. The role will mainly focus on EL/PL work and the successful applicant must have some EL/PL experience and be interested in specialising in this sector. You will become involved in a diverse caseload, both within the Sheriff Court and Court of Session.
You will ideally be NQ – 3 years qualified, although there is flexibility around this must have a personal injury litigation background, with at least some EL/PL exposure, and be looking to develop your career and take on more responsibility over time. This role will suit someone looking for career progression, hybrid & flexible working and a varied case-load.
