Anderson Knight are recruiting a Early Careers Manager for our national client with a office based in South Lanarkshire. This is a full time, permanent position, with occasional travel required. The purpose of this role is to shape and lead the management of early careers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- You will work alongside stakeholders in order to design and deliver an early talent strategy which meets business requirements
- You will be responsible for leading the early talent team and supporting their continuous development
- You will be responsible for continuously reviewing talent programmes, candidate experiences and engagement through the end to end recruitment cycle and putting in recommendations of any improvements
- You will be responsible for identifying annual recruitment requirements
- You will work alongside the L&D team to design and deliver entry level programmes and pathways
- Develop and manage working relationships with external providers to manage the delivery of professional qualifications and training
- You will be responsible for representing the business at networking and industry events to showcase the business and in particular the early talent programmes
- Working alongside HR to deliver effective approaches and processes to recruit, onboard induct all new starters
- You will be responsible for ensuring all early talent personnel are supported, developed and retained to be successful within the business
- You will be responsible for reporting on KPIS and the progress within the early talent.
Qualification, Experience & Skills
- You will have previous experience of running early years programmes
- Previous experience working in supporting, guiding, and developing people
- L&D qualification is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of apprenticeships
- You will have strong IT Skills
