Your future duties and responsibilities
As a Director of Growth you will be responsible for a pipeline of opportunity – with a specific focus on winning new / incremental business. They will have extensive experience working in a competitive sales environment with a detailed understanding of sales lifecycles and discipline. The majority of the role will be focused on leading deals post qualification to closure. Although some time will be spent working with Business Development Leads from deal inception. They will have overall accountability for a deal and lead the team, working closely with a Bid Manager.

Key duties and responsibilities:
Winning new deals from qualification
Engaging with senior stakeholders both internally and externally
Setting out the sales strategy for a deal and leading the team
Accountability for the execution of all sales disciplines in a deal

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Several years as a sales executive
Experience in government procurement
Detailed understanding of sales process
Detailed understanding of commercial and financial aspects of deals
Experience leading deal teams
