Salary and rewards package for a Customer Service Advisor:

Salary: £21,878.00 per annum with an extra 9% of salary on top of core pay to use as you like. You can take it as cash, add to your pension, or choose to spend it on a huge range of flex benefits
Hours: Monday – Friday, hours between 8.00am – 6.15pm
Contract: Permanent
Location: Glasgow/hybrid
7 weeks award winning training
34 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

Communicating with OVO customer’s via phone, email and on web chat (the online text system)
Providing first-class customer service to customers with full accountability to ensure their needs are met
Quickly understanding the root cause of the customer query ensuring queries are solved first time to prevent repeat contact
Autonomously managing your day, and ensuring the overall objectives of the team are achieved
Preparing, attending, and actively contributing at meetings as appropriate

Key Skills of a Customer Service Advisor:

Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment with the capability to retain information
Ability to maintain a high-quality conversation with a customer whilst supporting a colleague with a query
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
Strong team player who enjoys collaborating and solving problems with team members
Driven to go above and beyond to keep customers happy
