POSITION: CREATIVE & CONTENT EXECUTIVE (PHOTO SPECIALIST)

Due to rapid international growth, we have an opportunity for a Creative & Content Executive to join our Creative & Content team. Working collaboratively, you will produce, shoot and edit content that drives conversions, sales and brand recognition while building community within our audiences. You will be responsible for bringing to life our content strategy through innovative content creation and engaging visual storytelling. Our team follows the mantra of ‘build, measure, learn,’ always working in ways that put the user experience first.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for daily content creation; producing and editing engaging and disruptive content across all brands and channels.
  • Retouching photo assets for campaigns and social use
  • Supporting ‘social content’ days across all 4 brands
  • Create/edit assets for all upcoming marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Supporting the team with any design edits, e.g. image resizing when required
  • Responsible for creating and organizing an online archive of content
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure we optimise content assets and continually improve and drive asset performance.
  • Monthly touch base with CEO to align on Future Beauty Labs and CEO content requirements for driving FBL brand and CEO online presence across all channels.
  • Regularly contribute new ideas and ensure you stay informed of design trends and new tech.
  • Ensure all content is executed within the creative and content strategy and brand guidelines.
  • Occasional travel required to attend shoots and/or events.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Skilled in Adobe suite: photoshop, lightroom and (preferably) illustrator.
  • Experience using editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to manipulate images, including but not limited to: colour correction, beauty retouching, adjusting lighting, silhouetting out a subject (isolating from a background), adding/removing shadows, compositing images–or parts of images–together to create one cohesive asset, enhancing overall visual appearance.
  • Able to crop & size images correctly for multiple use options including high resolution printing and web.
  • Basic graphic design knowledge and skills; experience with Canva would be preferable.
  • Previous experience (ideally 1-2 years minimum), working in a similar role and able to present portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Experience working as part of a team and collaborating on creative projects.
  • Able to work autonomously.
