Job Description fantastic opportunity for a clinical negligence solicitor (NQ – 4 years’ PQE) to join a modern forward-thinking firm in Glasgow.
Due to organic growth my client is seeking a positive, forward thinking solicitor to join their fast-paced clinical negligence team. As part of the clinical negligence team, you will handle pursuer clinical negligence cases from inception to completion. Your caseload will consist of GP claims, surgical negligence, hospital negligence, delayed diagnosis, birth injuries and fatal accidents.
The ideal candidate will have experience in handling both non-litigated and litigated cases within the All Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court. Preferably you will have experience handling clinical negligence cases and have experience in the Court of Session.
