Westerton Care Home is looking to appoint a Deputy Manager (Clinical)
Our luxury and modern care home, based in Bearsden, provides the highest quality Residential, Dementia, Respite & Nursing care for 106-residents.
As Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day to day running of the service, helping to lead our team with passion and commitment, forming strong relationships with residents & their relatives and multi-disciplinary teams.
Deputy Manager Contract
· £22.50 per hour
· Contracted to 40-hours per week (£46,800 per annum)
· NMC Registration paid for in first year.
· PVG paid.
· Pension.
· 5.6 weeks annual leave.
· Uniform provided.
· Onsite parking.
We believe the Deputy Manager should have the following qualities and experience
· Nurse qualified, with a valid PIN.
· Strong clinical skills.
· Working with the elderly would be advantageous.
· Experienced of leading and managing a team.
· Able to support staff with further training and support.
· Confident to step in for the Home Manager from time to time.
