What we’re looking for:
Experience: A minimum of 6 months’ experience as a Chef de Partie, showcasing your ability to prepare dishes to an exceptionally high standard in high-volume settings.
Certifications: Food Safety Level 2 certification and Allergen Awareness certification to ensure the utmost safety and quality in our kitchen.
Versatility: Demonstrate your capacity to work across all kitchen sections and assist junior staff during service, displaying your versatility and leadership skills.
