Senior Business Analyst – Up to £55,000 + benefits – Glasgow Centre

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst to join a fast paced, technology driven business in the financial services sector, with Investment and Pensions experience.

We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated and has the ability to work independently as part of a team based in Glasgow centre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full BA skill set from early liaison with different business areas to shape requirements and solutions, all the way through understanding as is and to be, supporting build, test, implementation and benefit delivery. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential to building relationships with stakeholders and ensuring successful project delivery.

You will need to have a broad experience across business development, efficiency, risk, IT and reg driven change. You will be comfortable working in a small company, seen as a technical leader and approachable and supportive of others.

To be considered for this role you must have:

• BA experience in a professional environment

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Highly organised and able to multi-task

• Must have Life & Pensions experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• A keen eye for detail
