Your duties
You will ensure that our guests enjoy a terrific start to the day. You will also be responsible for:
Look after and advise guests during breakfast and carry out all the relevant work
Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet
Ensure smooth and speedy service and implementation of One Smile (the Motel One breakfast policy)
Help organise the breakfast service and define all the necessary standards and schedules in coordination with the F&B Manager
Gain insights into new tasks by working together with other departments

Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering industry or be looking for a change of career
Be open and communicative and have hosting skills, as well as a passion for the hotel industry

Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together
