Branch Supervisor
Location – Glasgow . Salary – £23,500 Per Annum
Hours – Full Time 40 hrs per week. Shift Pattern – Working 5 days out of 7 on a shift pattern basis, with weekend working included

As a Branch Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing the frontline team. You will be responsible for motivating the team to achieve maximum delivery of exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for planning and ensuring yield opportunities by actively planning fleet volumes and labour resources with demand.
Role Requirements
Must haves
A valid UK or EU driving license
Experience of managing team/Previous Supervisory experience
Good English skills, enabling you to be a brilliant communicator
You are willing to work on a shift rota basis, 7 days per week and be flexible.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Efficiently and effectively to meet the quality service to all customers.
Problem solving, able to resolve customers complaints that they may face during their rental journey
Be able to provide world class customer serivce creating friendly and welcoming experience for all of our customers!
Daily Responsibilities As A Supervisor
Daily management of the team, through one-to-ones, performance management/Rota/Schedules offering feedback and support to team
Provides world class customer service, creating a friendly, welcoming customer experience through personalised service. Is hands-on at the counter to support the team at busy periods and manage customer queries.
Maximizing opportunities to increase revenue to meet the daily, weekly, monthly, and annual targets. Understand local market and actively deliver on sales opportunities.
Actively plan fleet volumes and labour resources in-line with demand. Train team members and work closely with other departments within the organisation to develop the location.
