Consult have supported some of the most dynamic businesses in hearing care for the last 20 years, and we are proud to be bring a role to the market for a dedicated people manager.
This is a split position between managing business performance within a geographical territory and providing hearing care as an Audiologist.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Territory People Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and management, and will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Inspire and motivate staff to achieve sales targets
- Provide 1:2:1 support, coaching, and leadership to all line reports
- Ensure that all relevant employees are fully trained and meet compliance requirements
- Develop employees in line with company objectives
- Work closely with the Area Manager and HR to identify and manage performance
- Assist and support the team in resolving customer complaints
- Carry out individual audits and periodic branch stock takes
- Ensure that branches are well-presented and inviting to customers
- Attend meetings, training, and workshops as required
- Stay professionally up-to-date and maintain a personal development plan
- Actively participate in the performance management process
- Ensure that all reporting is timely and accurate
About You:
- Qualified Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser
- 3+ years of experience in a people management role
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales goals
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Driving license (full & clean)
