We have an immediate vacany for an enthusiastic, well organised friendly person to join our small office team. The role will include reception duties, accounts and office administration. We are a manufacturer of high quality self adhesive labels for everything from cosmetics to spirits. We have a reputation for quality products and superior customer service. We service our clients form our office and manufacturing site based in the north of Glasgow. The candidate should be fully experienced in general book keeping and use of Sage Line 50 is essential. They should also be fully experienced in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. They should have a high standard of literacy and numeracy skills and be an excellent communicator. The candidate should be self- motivated, trustworthy and competent at working on their own and as part of a small team. Generally the candidate will work closely with the key account manager and the managing director. Please note, previous applicants need not apply. Duties for Accounts Administration: Sales order processing Credit Control Vat Returns Journaling/Bank reconciliation Goods despatch Credit control Turnover reports Bank Payments Duties for Reception, Greeting customers and suppliers in person and by telephone Directing telephone calls accordingly Office Admin Liaising with customers and suppliers Managing office and janitorial supplies General Filing, Archive Filing Annual leave requests Arranging post Working Hours, 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm Holidays, 30 days annual leave including 8 statutory Salary Negotiable depending on experience Benefits Annual bonus scheme Onsite parking Salary £25,000 depending on experience.
